I would like to acknowledge and show my deep respect to the Yugambeh people as the custodians of the beautiful place I call home – commonly known as the Gold Coast. I pay respect to the Elders, past, present, and across time. I believe it’s vital to acknowledge the traditional and ongoing custodians of the lands and waters in the places we stand, because our place is a part of our story and the stories of all those who’ve come before us.
