We’re halfway through the year already, can you believe it?!

And I’ve got a juicy mid-year cosmic update for you today. 

I recorded this episode at the Winter Solstice – the shortest day of the year here in Australia (the longest day/Summer Solstice if you’re in the Northern Hemisphere) because it marks an important turning point in the year.

It’s the perfect moment to reflect on what you’ve already achieved over the past few months and to reset your intentions. 

In today’s episode, I look back at a few of the astrological changes we’ve been through in the first half of 2023, and ask you some questions to get you thinking about what’s moved or shifted for you.

This way, you’ll be in a great place to refocus on your goals for the rest of the year.
