Annnnd we’re back for Part 3 of the Business Astrology by the Elements Mini Series. 

Today we’re talking about Earth Sign Entrepreneurs.

This involves the signs of Taurus ♉, Virgo ♍ and Capricorn ♑ – the Focused, Determined Implementers of the Zodiac. 

If you’re just joining in today and you haven’t listened to the other episodes, here’s what you need to know:

In astrology, there are 4 energy types or elements (Fire, Air, Earth and Water) that each correspond to 3 Zodiac signs. 

In this podcast mini-series, I’m exploring how the elements are playing out for you as an entrepreneur – your marketing, launch style, and your team. 

I recommend you listen to the episodes based on your Sun sign, Your Rising Sign and Your Moon sign as these are the BIG 3 that will have the most weight in your chart. 

In addition to your Sun, Moon, Rising – if you have a copy of your birth chart and you notice that you have a lot of personal planets and points in EARTH signs – this is a huge clue that the EARTH element is going to be prominent in the way you do business. 

(I forgot to mention the planet Mercury last week 😲 – please check this too because it will have a big impact on how you communicate in business.)

Now we’re shifting gears from the Air and Fire signs of weeks 1 and 2.

While these elements are quite spontaneous and fast-moving, Earth signs like to take the slow and considered approach. 

The EARTH element is all about the physical senses and the material world. 

It’s less about inspiration and theory (which the Fire and Air signs are great at) and more about the practical application of things. 

Earth energy is all about persistence, strength, and sustainability. 

An Earth sign entrepreneur is fantastic at following an idea through to completion.

They’re great at putting things into a tangible form and making things work. 

🌳 If you’ve got a lot of Earth energy in your chart it’s likely that you’re methodical and consistent and you love to fix or edit things.

🌳 You likely find the process of business quite easy and satisfying because you take pleasure in creating and maintaining strong business systems. 

🌳 You have a knack for knowing which strategies are going to work over the long term and it’s easier for you to stay consistent, rather than following every new thread you see…

🌳 You’re probably very thorough and well-planned – when you do something, you want to do it well the first time. You don’t want to rush in and have to redo it all later. 

😲 Where you might come a bit unstuck is taking longer to move on opportunities than your Air and Fire sign counterparts.

🌳 TIPS FOR EARTH SIGN ENTREPRENEURS:

In marketing, Earth sign entrepreneurs are fantastic at planning and structuring content. 

Because of their wisdom for knowing which strategies will last, they can move forward with a consistent content strategy, and they don’t get distracted by the next shiny thing.

For those with a strong Earth element, marketing is about genuine connections and quality over quantity. 

This means you might prefer to build your audience over a longer time.

To do this, you can write a long nurture sequence to allow people to really get to know you. Or create a mini-course or podcast for people to settle into what you stand for. 

Because of their need for things to be tangible – Earth signs can be a bit ‘old school’ when it comes to marketing.

Maybe you love handing out a business card when you meet someone new or send physical gifts to new/potential clients. 

In terms of your launch strategy, planning is everything:

If you have strong earth energy you won’t enjoy running your launch on the fly. If anything that will drain your energy.

Feeling planned and organised will help you show up as your best self. 

Make sure you give yourself plenty of lead time to prepare before any major promotions. And create tangible “assets” to use during your launch like powerful slide decks, workbooks and step-by-step processes. 

It’s also important for you to ground yourself into your long-term vision before each big visibility push so you’re connected to the core reason for what you’re doing. 

This will help you to keep showing up, even if it feels uncomfortable at first. 

Now let’s talk teams:

While earth signs are fantastic at follow-through, they can sometimes need a little push to get fresh ideas and creative inspiration. 

This is where having some Fire and Air people on your team will really help – they can be much better brainstormers and this will allow you to do what you do best – take an idea and RUN with it. 

Fire sign people can also help offset some of the slower tendencies of the Earth Entrepreneur. 

Water energy people are also a very good fit for Earth signs because they can bring that fluidity, emotional sensitivity, and depth. 

OK, that’s the EARTH sign entrepreneur.
